Early Morning yoga.PNG

Join me at 7:00 am or 8.30 am (CET), Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a daily 30 minute online yoga practice via zoom. Recordings of daily classes also available. The aim is to give you a grounding practice, moving mindfully and learning to cultivate the present moment. Classes are for both men and women, are open to all levels, including beginners.

Join either live each Wednesday at 8.00am (CET) and receive the replay.  Or simply receive  your weekly recording every Wednesday.  The aim is to give you a consistent, varied and holistic approach to a healthier, younger looking, more glowing skin using facial toning exercises, acupressure, massage, relaxation and wellbeing techniques. 

I have always liked to start the day with sport. With the "Early Morning Yoga" team I have discovered yoga which is more than just a sport.

After my morning session, I feel good, physically and mentally. The weekly themes inspire me to think about what is important in life and to become more relaxed. The length of 30 minutes per session is ideal, especially for me as a beginner. I also like the alternation of teachers; it increases the diversity of the exercises. In just a few weeks, I have been convinced by the concept and the benefits of the practice of yoga that I no longer intend to give up.

Doing Early Morning Yoga with LiLa Luxembourg has become an important part of my routine when working from home. 
These classes allow me to wake my body up gently so I can feel ready and energised for the day ahead. They have also worked wonders for my back and neck pain, which are all but gone now. I love the different themes, how varied the classes are and how calm and caring the instructors are, always reminding me to be kind and gentle to my body.

I am loving the Early Morning Yoga classes, each different teacher gives me a different perspective on the practice, also the daily routine and being ready at a set time every morning, makes me take time for myself.  It is really helping me and I start the day with a smile.
